First, I want to let you know that the three gentlemen who worked on my move were OUTSTANDING, professoinal, respectful, kind and HARD WORKING. I do not have their names with me at the office but I can supply them to you tomorrow. Please ensure that these three men are compensated in some special way for their hard work and dedication to the job. Please tell them personally that they were the BEST movers I have ever met. As a former Naval Officer's wife, I moved every 2-3 years for nearly 30 years and these three individuals moved my furniture as if it was their very own....unbelievably conscientious.

After having issues with other unreliable moving companies I chose America Van Lines to move my apartment because of the resonable and fast quote I received online. I wanted to write you in regards to my move today. I wasn't able to catch the names of the 4 guys you sent - but they were really great. I felt very grateful to them as they worked really hard, fast and were very careful with our belongings. I had a mirror and a bookcase with glass. I signed off that it would be my responsibility if they were broken in the move because they were not wrapped well. But the guys took extra care of those items and they arrived perfect. My experience with them was definitely the best part of our move.

My wife Monicia and I would like to thank you for sending your team of movers to assist with our relocation this past Saturday, Oct. 20th 2007. Russell, Lamont, and David "Rock" were extremely courteous and professional. Russell thouroughly explained the packaging procedures and fees. Russell did an excellent job with making sure our mirrors and glass were delivered without damage.
Damage was an issue that greatly concerned my wife and I. Lamont and Rock put our concerns to rest. They did a great job of moving some really heavy furniture up and around stairs. Most of all they took extra care no to do any damage to the walls in our new home.
We really enjoyed working with them. It was like our cousins came to help us move. If I ever need your services again, I will specifically request the Russel, Rock and Lamont team.

I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you so much! You and the movers made a very stressful situation so much easier on my family and myself. Rock and the team of movers were the best, very professional, hard working, moved quick but were still very careful with our items, and were extremely kind and pleasant to my kids -- they were a joy! We've been 'taken' using previous movers, given low ball quotes only to be charged double and sometimes triple once the movers arrived, had numerous items broken not to be fixed or reimbursed, etc. It's comforting to know there are still moving companies out there who are honest, hardworking and care about the customer. We will forever be using your company when we move!
